BCBS Medicare Discount Opportunities

Blue Cross Blue Shield recently made changes to their product line which could immediately benefit you. See details below to see if any of these scenarios may apply to you.

1. BCBS now has an underwritten product that is less per month for the same plan. If you are healthy it could make sense to go through underwriting and move to the less expensive rates for the same great benefits. Are you healthy? Do you want to do the application and see if you can get approved?

2. BCBS is now offering 7% off for single people that had BCBS individual or group benefits prior to moving onto their BCBS Medicare policy. This is for single people that went from BCBS to BCBS from 1/2019 to current. (Note: Married folks on the same plan already get a 7% discount. You can not double up).

3. BCBS offers a plus (+) plan that covers dental, vision and hearing for an additional $22.22 per month. It is a great add on and in nearly every situation the return on investment is immediately there. Do you want to plus it up? (Note: You can not be on the underwritten product and plus it up, it is one or the other).
