Alexandra is a “work hard, play hard” kind of gal—a bubbly go-getter who gives every day 100%. She has been a licensed agent for 18 years, an agency owner for 13 years, and is locally and nationally recognized for her leadership, both as an insurance agent and a community leader. She is deeply passionate about her community and helping people.

When she isn’t coordinating clients and staff at the office, Alexandra is running around with her husband Roger and 4 kiddos, attending soccer games, eating delicious food, and attending community advocacy events. Sarah is a licensed agent and Alexandra's right-hand gal. She is committed to listening to clients’ unique needs and takes great pride in finding them the best plans. Sarah loves the inherent culture of caring that The Insurance People brings to the insurance industry. Like many folks on the team, Sarah came from an Early Childhood classroom where she was teaching 3-year-olds. When she’s out of the office, Sarah loves being a crafty mom who is known for preparedness on the soccer field.

OFFICE MANAGER

As Office Manager, Erica is proud to foster friendly relationships within the team. She loves the work/life balance that is encouraged by working with a group of moms, and deeply values the friendships she’s cultivated during her time at The Insurance People. Erica came to The Insurance People from a career in early childhood education. When she’s not working with her fantastic team, Erica is taking care of her two young daughters and enjoys walks outside in the sunshine.

SMALL GROUP DEPARTMENT MANAGER , LICENSED AGENT

Originally a client of The Insurance People, Melissa is forever a fan of the energy and heart of the company’s team. She loves that she gets to help people at crucial moments in their lives, and knows firsthand the life-changing options that being insured can provide. Melissa is glad that she gets to spend her days bringing hope and healing to clients. When she isn’t assisting clients, Melissa is spending time with her family outside, riding horses, and plays an active role in her Christian church community.

Keri came to The Insurance People with a background in early childhood education and has immersed herself and excelled in the world of insurance. After many years of being in the marketplace for insurance on the customer end, she has enjoyed the change in perspective and loves helping our clients every day. In her free time, you can find her on the sidelines of the soccer pitch, rooting for her kids’ teams.

Cherita came to The Insurance People with 20+ years of office and design experience, primarily in marketing. She appreciates how work/life balance is built into the company’s DNA. Her background is in print production, web design, social media, and marketing support. In addition to her to work, Cherita is a mother of one human and two fur babies. She is also a wife, a writer, a Whovian, and a bit of a self-described nerd.

Hannah loves being a team member at The Insurance People. She loves helping clients understand their plans and benefits. When she is out of the office, Hannah enjoys relaxing with her partner and son, being outdoors, and camping.

Amber brings years of customer service experience to her role at The Insurance People. She enjoys being the go-to source for client questions, and knows she can lean on her Insurance Moms team even while working remotely! When she isn't working, Amber enjoys spending time with her family, taking her daughters to the park, and cheering on the Carolina Panthers.

Eliza came to The Insurance People with years of administrative and office experience under her belt. She loves how helpful and supportive her team members are and enjoys assisting and interacting with our fantastic clients. When she isn’t taking everyone’s calls, Eliza is doing arts and crafts with her children, exploring new coffee shops, and learning new recipes. 

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Before working at The Insurance People, Danielle worked as a nanny and in healthcare. She enjoys working with other moms who successfully juggle motherhood and full-time jobs, and she appreciates how much she’s learning about healthcare without having to scrub in. She enjoys working with The Insurance People’s variety of clients who all come from different backgrounds. When she isn’t working, Danielle is playing with her infant son, cooking for her family, and going to the gym.

Katie came to The Insurance People with years of communications coordination, marketing, and social media experience. She loves helping brands develop their unique voices and promote their values, and helping spread the word about the awesome team at The Insurance People. When she’s not working, Katie is caring for her two boys and playing music with her band.
