Vote Mama

It is no secret that women climb uphill compared to men and it is no different in the political scene. Alexandra Eidenberg, our President, has been involved in the political scene for many years and has witnessed these challenges firsthand.

Alexandra is currently the IL State Chair for Vote Mama, a political organization that identifies, cultivates and motivates women with kids under the age of eighteen to run for office across the country. The organization helps women get and stay elected by offering resources and funding through their endorsement process. Not only does Vote Mama help women get elected, but they also write and pass legislation. The core of their legislation revolves around family leave, childcare and access for families to high quality resources and education.

Vote Mama is a national organization. Interested folks can attend events, get involved in legislation and/or donate to the various Vote Mama PACs - all of which further the mission of getting moms elected and making the US a better place for families. Click here for more information on Vote Mama.
